Delivery simplifies the procedure of delivery and dispatch of cargo: now, for identification, it is enough to provide the operator with a barcode of the customer from the mobile application "Delivery".

If the declared value of the goods is less than 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias, the Recipient will be able to receive the goods without presenting identity documents, provided that:

- the consignee previously received the cargo in the "Delivery" offices (no later than the last 12 months)

- the recipient will be able to inform the operator of the receipt number and provide the customer's barcode from the mobile application "Delivery";

- the receipt contains an unpaid money transfer for a total amount of less than 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias.
We would like to inform you that Delivery IT specialists are completing the work on the delivery of cargo with a declared value of over 15 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias with customer identification through the DIA mobile application. Stay tuned for site updates.
