12 квітня 2022 року РА «Стандарт-Рейтинг» прийняло рішення про оновлення кредитного рейтингу / рейтингу фінансової стійкості страховика ТОВАРИСТВУ З ДОДАТКОВОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «СТРАХОВА КОМПАНІЯ «КВОРУМ» (ЄДРПОУ 38730427) - за національною шкалою на рівні uaAA. Страховик з рейтингом uaAA характеризується дуже високою фінансовою стійкістю / кредитоспроможністю порівняно з іншими українськими страховими компаніями. Рейтингова оцінка ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» оновлювалась виходячи з аналізу результатів роботи Компанії за 2021 рік.
1. Обсяг валових премій, зібраних Страховиком за чотири квартали 2021 року, у порівнянні з аналогічним періодом 2020 року виріс на 55,19% до 76,952 млн грн. Зокрема, надходження брутто-премій від фізичних осіб збільшились на 59,47% до 47,615 млн грн, а надходження від перестрахувальників були відсутні. Таким чином, за підсумками 2021 року фізичні особи переважають в клієнтському портфелі Страховика, про що свідчить частка фізичних осіб в брутто-преміях, яка склала 61,88%.

2. Страхові платежі, відправлені перестраховикам, за 12 місяців 2021 року становили 21,676 млн грн, що на 12,77% перевищило їх обсяг за 2020 рік. Враховуючи більші темпи приросту валових премій порівняно з платежами, відправленими перестраховикам, коефіцієнт участі перестраховиків в страхових преміях знизився на 10,60 п.п. до 28,17%. Показники ділової активності ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» в аналізованому періоді продемонстрували істотні темпи приросту. Зокрема, чисті премії Страховика виросли на 82,04% до 55,276 млн грн, а зароблені премії – на 81,31% до 54,839 млн грн.
3. ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» за 12 місяців 2021 року виплатило своїм клієнтам 13,08 млн грн страхових відшкодувань, що на 70,07% перевищило обсяг виплат за 2020 рік. Таким чином, рівень виплат в аналізованому періоді виріс з 15,51% до 17,00%, або на 1,49 п.п. За результатами діяльності впродовж чотирьох кварталів 2021 року в порівнянні з аналогічним періодом 2020 року Страховик істотно наростив фінансові результати та збільшив рентабельність. Так, прибуток від операційної діяльності ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» виріс більш ніж удвічі до 16,783 млн грн, а чистий прибуток збільшився на 69,54% до 12,558 млн грн. При цьому, рентабельність власного капіталу виросла на 5,33 п.п. до 25,24%.
Активи виросли на 48,61% до 67,284 млн грн;
Власний капітал показав приріст на 33,76% до 49,755 млн грн;
Зобов’язання збільшились на 116,94% до 17,529 млн грн;
Грошові кошти та їх еквіваленти виросли на 133,01% до 35,870 млн грн.
Таким чином, станом на початок 2022 року Компанія мала надлишкові рівні капіталізації (283,84%) та співвідношення між грошовими коштами і зобов’язаннями (204,63%).

5. Згідно з інформацією, що була надана Агентству ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ», станом на 01.01.2022 р. Страховик дотримувався критеріїв ліквідності, прибутковості та якості активів страховика, нормативу платоспроможності та достатності капіталу, нормативу ризиковості операцій та нормативу якості активів.
Таким чином, проаналізувавши діяльність ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» за 2021 рік, РА «Стандарт-Рейтинг» відмічає наступні фактори оновлення рейтингу фінансової стійкості страховика:
Агентство звертає увагу, що наведений звіт враховує оцінку ймовірності розрахунку страховика за своїми зобов’язаннями за звичайних обставин. Форс-мажорні обставини, обставини непереборної дії та інші виключні обставини, які неможливо передбачити, або які пов’язані із дією військового стану в Україні, в оцінці неможливо врахувати.

During the first week of resumption of work of the logistics company "Delivery", we transported 15% of the cargo of the volume of traffic that was carried out before the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
To increase the volume of cargo transportation of our customers and reduce delivery times, we need to attract additional vehicles, increase the number of routes and additionally return to the jobs of our employees. The shortage of fuel and lubricants on the market and as a consequence of rising costs significantly complicates the possibility of regular flights.
Therefore, the company is forced to revise certain pricing policies and from April 11, 2022 to increase the cost of transportation of 1 kg / 1 m3 of cargo, the cost of parcel and pallet format of transportation by almost 10%. All other tariffs of the company remain unchanged.
From April 11, an additional 36 branches of the company open their doors to their customers. The total number of existing representative offices will be 242 and will gradually increase.
Almost all of the company's offices move to 5, some 6-day working week, and strategic transit sorting centers to round-the-clock work on handling our customers' cargo.
The company's tariffs for freight transportation and additional services remain the most profitable in the logistics services market.
