Starting from November 1 of the current year, new prices for address pickup and delivery in Ukraine and some types of additional services become valid in the company "Delivery".

For instance, transporting of car tires or discs starts from 27 UAH now and truck tires start from 35 UAH.  As before, stated prices in "Autoprice" are common to transport on 7 tariff zones of Ukraine.  Service of processing the receipt on these types of cargo is not charged.

Price of document delivery remains the same:  25 UAH within Ukraine.  Minimum price for address delivery of the cargo (from 2 kg to 25 kg) - became 50 UAH.  (earlier - 40 UAH).  At that, a possibility to order a separate machine for pickup/ delivery appeared - 2 t, 5 t, 10 t, 20 t.

Changes in prices are due to growth of costs to develop logistical constituent, as well as business processes that are aimed to improve quality of service of the clients, - explained Oksana Koshyk, Director of department of attracting and servicing of the clients.

In order to create more comfortable conditions of cooperation with the company "Delivery", we inform that starting from November 6, warehouse of Kharkiv-5 will be located at the new address:   

1 Muromskyi vyizd.

Let us drive your attention that on November 04, the warehouse works until noon to collect and issue the cargo.

Due to relocation of the warehouse, sending of cargo with COD service at Kharkiv-5 is limited.

Sending of the cargo with delayed payment from this warehouse is done to any other warehouse in Ukraine until November 4. That is why we are asking those clients that are expecting their cargo or money payment on COD, to take them from the old address of Kharkiv-5 (120ж Academic Pavlov) by the stated period. In case if you will not be able to take the cargo or the money until November 4, you can order forwarding to other warehouses of Kharkiv city, which render this service.

We will additionally notify about renewal of COD service at Kharkiv-5.

In connection with the future relocation, on October 31 this warehouse does not work for reception and delivery of cargo.

With the aim to create comfortable conditions of cooperation with Delivery, we publish the approved schedule of business hours for the Defender of Ukraine Day:

14.10.2017 – business hours of Saturday

16.10.2017 – working day from 9:00 to 15:00

17.10.2017 – usual working day

All cargoes accepted for shipment from October 14 to 16 inclusive will begin their actual movement on October 17, and will be delivered to the final destination according to the current schedule of vehicles arrival.
