For this reason, delays of cargo arrival are possible from / to Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Mykolaiv regions. There is a probability of delays of addressed deliveries within Kyiv city.

Draw your attention to the fact that warehouses in Odessa city operate on January 16 till 5:00 p.m. The only exception is the warehouse Odessa-1, which operates according to the usual schedule.

“Delivery” will review the terms of rendering of additional service “Cash on delivery”. From January 03, the company changes the amount of collected charge up to 1.8 % from the amount of COD payment. However, the cost of the service is still one of the lowest in the market - 10 UAH.

Due to possibility to pay for goods to the Sender after receiving of the cargo at the warehouse, the clients can make themselves safe from the defective products. As of today, special cash-desks for money transfer work on 93 warehouses of the company “Delivery”. The warehouse chain with this service is on the rise.

We accept to transfer the national currency - Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Both, the sender and receiver, can pay for the service. The amount of COD on one receipt can be up to 150,000 UAH.

We are glad to inform you that the services of “C.O.D. by cash” and “Money transfer by cash without cargo” are resumed at the warehouse No.1 in Melitopol city.

This is a reminder that earlier the service was suspended due to moving of the warehouses to a new address.

Please, draw your attention, that payment of COD will be done from January 10 after 01:00 P.M in case if the money was sent during the period from January 03 before 01:00 P.M. and January 05, 06, 07, 08, and January 09 before 01:00 P.M. This schedule is determined by work peculiarities of the servising bank (PJSC “Oshchadbank”) for the period of New Year holidays.

We would ask you to call to the warehouse and specify if there is a possibility to receive the money.

From January 4 to January 31, at each dispatch or receipt of cargoes via Delivery, we return 10 UAH in bonuses to your virtual account in the Loyalty Program! 100 bonuses (points) is the equivalent of 10 UAH in a virtual wallet.

You can spend the accumulated points for the payment for transportation "Warehouse - Warehouse" via Delivery, or exchange them for pleasant gifts.
